Job Advert: Stockton Parish Church Community Outreach Worker

Stockton Parish Church is a Town Centre Anglican Church.

Following the recent appointment of a new Priest-in-Charge and a successful bid to the Durham Diocesan Mission Fund, we are hoping to appoint a part-time Christian Community Outreach Worker for 3 years, to begin on September 1st 2008 and work 20 hours a week.

A person of vision and enthusiasm is needed, who will set up and establish new initiatives that will build bridges between the Church and the local Community.

The successful candidate will need to become part of the Church worshipping community and will work in partnership with parish priest and the PCC.
